Kinnistu suuruseks on 1808 m\u00b2 – paikneb Lemmiku tn ning Vabaduse pst nurgal.<\/p>\n

N\u00f5mmele omaselt on tegemist looduskauni ning rohelise kinnistuga, millele hoone projekteerimisel on arvestatud s\u00f5idutee poolse k\u00f5rghaljastuse s\u00e4ilimisega.
Kinnistule juurdep\u00e4\u00e4s mugavalt ja turvaliselt Lemmiku t\u00e4navalt.<\/p>\n

Kinnistul paiknenud vana elamu on t\u00e4ielikult lammutatud ning kinnistu on puhastatud ja ette valmistatud uue hoone rajamiseks.<\/p>\n
