Direct entrance from the main road with ramp and no steps so its perfect for elderly or infirm. The complex has lift to other blocks and also two swimming pools. It comprises One bathroom with large shower, WC & bidet. The large kitchen is open plan to the lounge and fully fitted with breakfast bar for 6 people. The lounge is spacious and has a lovely sea view. Windows with shutters. There are two settees, one is a double bed. This has access to the lovely terrace with sea views which is sunny in the afternoon. The large bedroom is furnished with two single beds, and bedside tables. There is a fitted wardrobe with three large areas. Safety box installed and washing machine. The apartment is sold fully furnished (except personal belongings as TV, microwave. Linen, towels). Apartment has 12m2 of terrace and 52m2 interior. Community fees are 55€ per month.
